- Where we ship. The 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. We can't deliver to PO boxes.
- When it ships. Orders leave our cold-storage warehouse in Wheeling, Illinois, Monday through Thursday, only on days they're expected to arrive before the weekend. The cart shows an estimated ship and arrival date before you pay, and we email you tracking when it ships.

What's in the box
Vacuum-sealed packs, frozen, in an insulated box with dry ice. On top is the cow's Certificate of Authenticity with a wooden stand to display it, printed with her 10-digit cattle ID, grade, harvest date and nose print (unboxing).
Every cut comes from one cow, Takemitsu-chan, raised at Takeda Farm in Hokkaido and graded A4, BMS 6. Your recipient can trace her ID, 1493019197, in Japan's national cattle registry (how to tell if Wagyu is real). Each cow sells once and then the drop closes, so these cuts are exclusive to her.
How do they cook it?
A 1″ steak takes about 90 seconds a side in a dry pan at 450–500ºF, then 2–3 minutes of rest. Our cooking guide covers every cut, and how much Wagyu per person has the portion math if you're sizing a gift to a household.
