The grand yakiniku tour — ten 1/4" slices and the flagship peer to steak-Asahidake. The only yakiniku box to carry Sankaku-bara Karubi (first-class karubi, otherwise reserved for steak-Asahidake and à la carte), paired with premium naka-bara Short Rib Karubi (0.85x) and a complete sweep of the carcass's grilling slices — Plate, Chuck, Clod, Shikinbou, and Shank.
